The purpose of developing this policy is to inform about the principles of privacy protection when using the information we receive directly or indirectly from our clients, including information obtained through our websites.

I. The owner of the hotel and the Administrator of Personal Data is:

DOM.Developer RESORT Sp z o.o. ul. Sienkiewicza 28/1, 50-349 Wrocław, NIP: 8982205244 running a business under the name Hotel Polanica Resort SPA *** with headquarters in Polanica - Zdrój, at Górska 2, 57-320 

II. The data administrator informs,

that the provided personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereafter referred to as the RODO.

III. We collect personal information,

which are necessary to make a reservation, and the implementation of a comprehensive hotel service.

IV. Providing personal data by the customer

and consent to their processing is voluntary, but necessary to make a reservation of your stay and hotel service. 

V. Data we collect during:

- the booking process through the website 

- the booking process carried out personally at the hotel, by phone or email, as well as during check-in guest at the hotel

We can also collect data from our partners from booking portals (, HRS, event organizers, etc.) if consent is given.

VI. We collect the following data:

When booking through the website, it is possible to create a customer account or create a one-time reservation.

1. When creating the account on the hotel's website, the Customer sets the password for access to the account himself, and provides the following data:

a) Name and Surname

b) Adress ( street, house / flat number, zip code and city)

c) Phone number

d) Adres e-mail

- With a one-off reservation made by the website, the scope of collected data is the same as when setting up the account, plus the country of residence.

 2. When booking personally, by phone or e-mail or by chat, asCompany data together with nr well as checking in at the hotel, the following data is collected:

a) First name and last name;

b) Adress (street, house / flat number, zip code and city);

c) Phone number;

d) E-mail;

e) Company data together with nr NIP (in the case of issuing a VAT tax on the enterprise);

f) Registration number of the vehicle belonging to the customer (if you use the hotel car park);

g) ID number.

 3. Data of children such as first name, surname, nationality and date of birth are collected only from their parents or legal guardians in order to determine their age and their discounts, and for statistical purposes (CSO and tourist tax obligation).

4. When using the hotel's websites, additional information is automatically downloaded (IP address assigned to the computer from which you entered the hotel website, external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system). 

VII. We use the collected data for the following purposes:

creation and storage of legal documentation in accordance with accounting standards.

3. Customer's stay at the hotel: 

  • monitoring the use of services (telephone, bar, pay TV, etc.)
  • management of access to rooms,
  • internal management of customer lists who have behaved improperly while staying in a hotel (aggressive and anti-social behavior, breach of contract with a hotel, breach of security rules, theft, damage and vandalism, problems with payment).

4. Improve hotel service, especially: 

  • processing customer's personal data as part of our marketing program - in order to conduct marketing activities, promote brands and better understand the client's requirements and wishes,
  • better adaptation of our products and services to customer requirements,
  • matching commercial offers and news about promotions sent to the Customer,
  • informing the client about special offers and new hotel services.

5. Management of customer relations before, during and after the stay: 

  • support for the loyalty program,
  • segmentation operations based on the booking history and customer preferences - in order to send the client customized messages,
  • creating statistics and calculating trading results, as well as reporting,
  • providing context data used by the offer suggesting tool when the client visits the hotel's website or books a hotel,
  • sending newsletters, promotions and offers of tourist and hotel services, as well as telephone contact with the client,
  • handling requests for cancellation of subscriptions, promotions, tourist offers and satisfaction surveys,
  • taking into account the right to object.

6. Improvement of hotel services, in particular: 

  • handling complaints and complaints,
  • offering the customer the benefits of a loyalty program.

7. Ensuring security and improving the use of hotel websites including: 

  • navigation improvement,
  • implementation of safeguards and anti-fraud measures.

8. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (eg regarding the storage of accounting documents).

VIII. Access to customers' personal data

they have direct access only to authorized hotel employees, and Processors with whom separate agreements have been concluded (subcontractors providing services to the hotel). The data may also be made available to entities authorized under applicable law.

take appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, to ensure maximum protection of our clients' personal data.

X. When the customer provides us with credit card information

during the booking, it is redirected to the website of the payment card merchant which ensures the security of the transaction. 

XI. Clients of the Polanica Resort SPA *** hotel have the right to access the data content,

correcting them, the right to transfer data, and the right to receive a copy of personal data processed by the hotel. In addition, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, requests to limit their processing, removal, and the right to be forgotten when processing personal data for marketing purposes.

XII. Data collected for the purpose of providing hotel services

they will be processed for the period specified in the law, and in the case of data collected on the basis of consent until its revocation.

XIII. Data obtained from monitoring
