The package includes 5 treatments for each adult (not applicable for extra beds):

2 x physical treatment 20 min to choose from: magnetotherapy/laser therapy/electrotherapy/ultrasound/Bioptron lamp

2 partial massages of 20 minutes to choose from:

- classic back massage,

- deep tissue massage recommended for muscle tension and pain syndromes,

- Centrifugal massage of selected joints recommended for degeneration, joint injuries, sprains.

2x foot massage 20 min consisting in compressing and stimulating the receptors located on the feet corresponding to individual organs and body systems.

• Possibility to use the hotel Aquapark:
  - indoor swimming pool with a shallow area for children
  every day from 9.00 - 21.00 - jacuzzi daily from 9.00 - 21.00
  
  
• Sauna zone: steam room, Finnish sauna, sauna - daily from 16.00 - 21.00 (weekends 11.00 - 21.00)
